We're so happy to welcome a new GWU student to the BodySite patient portal.  Use the form below to enroll.

After the form is filled out, you (GWU student) will receive an email confirming your enrollment. When you click on your activation link, you'll automatically be prompted to enter your company name (or first and last name), which will generate a matching subdomain and  then you can create a unique password.

You will be given access for only the Fall 2020 semester. Account access will close on December 31, 2020 unless you subscribe to a BodySite subscription at or before that time.
